The improvement in this reform of traditional house located in the Asturian municipality of Mieres lies not only in its aesthetic rehabilitation, but in the proposal of a structure of concrete pillars for the part of the house that is not wall. In addition, it was decided to unify the levels with unidirectional forgings.

For the project of reform of this House took advantage of the three levels existing in the original construction, incorporating for it the garage, the main plant and the second plant.

In the facade is a new organization of gaps, larger than existing as can be seen in the pictures of before and after.
